Morning sickness

My morning sickness during this pregnancy is definitely the worse. If I’m not feeling nauseas I’m being sick even at the slightest smell. I’ve not managed to keep down any prenatal vitamins for a week now and I’m slowly eating less and less. I’m 7 weeks pregnant and haven’t eaten a full meal now in 2 weeks. I’m really worried the baby is not getting the nutrients they need. Any help or advice? From one very tired and sick mamma x

I could only manage dry rice crispies for several weeks, and not much else for about 4 months. DS is a strapping 17 yo now, and towers above me. They seem to manage Grin

If it's really bad and/or you are struggling to keep fluids down go and see your GP. There are some great anti-sickness meds that you can have.

I didn’t think about dry rice crispies, I honestly think I could stomach those as they’re completely plain and small, thank you for the tip at least I’ll be eating something rather than nothing. I Am visiting my GP tomorrow so will inform them and hopefully they will be able to give me sickness tablets. I appreciate your message
