I had a thread 6months ago now about my DD disclosing she had been abused by a family member, and another (adult) family disclosing and reporting the same person( for abuse) as a result.
Can't find the original thread, but I wanted to say HE'S FINALLY BEEN ARRESTED.
There's still a very long way to go, the police have been frankly awful but right this second I'm taking it as a step forward and I'm finally feeling a tiny bit hopeful that we might see justice for someone even if it isn't DD directly.
Bit of a pointless thread really but I had to get it out!!!
