I'm not sure what to do so thought I'd ask the wise owls that live here.
I've baked a loaf cake this afternoon. Pulled it out the oven and thought It didn't seem as expected but marched on, left it to cool and put the glaze on.
I've gone to cut it now into lovely slices and well frankly it's the opposite of lovely...
Its not undercooked, but it's sunken and dense and very moist...I don't want to waste it though.
It's a spiced honey cake so not exactly the easiest to do anything with...but is there anything I can transform it into? Whether it be a pudding, or otherwise.
Thank you all!
