Please tell me it will be ok? Just been Dentist and he said I could do with going just to have my gums cleaned. But shouldn’t be too bad 😩

I’m not going to be numbed am I? Will my teeth be whiter after?

It will be fine! They just clean your teeth. Your teeth might be a bit whiter but depends how they are now. You shouldn’t feel numb, just squeaky clean of mouth Smile

The first time I went, she asked if my teeth were sensitive. I said yes, a bit, and she sprayed numbing spray all around them. It was great, it wore off really quickly afterwards.

It depends. When I had gum disease my mouth was numbed with injection and they really deep cleaned under the gumline over two appointments.

A normal clean they would not numb.

Your teeth will definitely look cleaner and brighter afterwards.

It’s not that fine! I think the hygienist is worse than the dentist. I have sensitive teeth though so that’s probably why. It’s bearable in the main but its not the most enjoyable 20 minute episode of my life. But my teeth looked phenomenal after it.
