Noisy twats

Is there anything I can do about them? They are out in park sort of opposite yelling etc. Is there someone you can call in this instance? In London so I normally am used to noise but they’re being extra obnoxious and I have an early start tomorrow.

Call 101 police advice if your worried for your or anyone else's safety. Not.much else you can do except hope they go home soon.

Thought so. It’s annoying there aren’t people to deal with this. Noise wardens or something. You’d think they’d make a pretty profit out of the fines. To be fair to them they seem to be engaging in a really wholesome (albeit really noisy) game of football. I did have to peek out the window to make sure it wasn’t a fight at first though-hard to tell the difference on sound alone.
