Patient Access (online medical records).

We registered at a new surgery yesterday (we haven't moved, our old GP's receptionist noted that their boundary had changed and we would receive a letter throwing us off their list)! Angry

I went onto patient access today, to screenshot some results, and I noticed that my pharmacist had changed (to the one we requested at new place). The surgery information is still our old surgery, and I can still book appointments there etc.

Does anyone know if my existing login will continue to work with Patient Access once we've been fully transitioned over, and why they've changed the pharmacy but nothing else?

You might need to re register

My log on has stayed exactly the same through two moves - there’s normally a transition period as it all processes where things are a bit odd and showing part one surgery part other but it goes through okay once all done Smile

Thanks both Flowers

I did wonder @OneHanded as the nominated pharmacy has changed to a new one near the new GP, but everything else is the same. The new GP must have put it on, as I included it with the registration paperwork, and the request for Patient Access.

Hope it’s the case for you too but yes normal to see a mix of new and old details in my experience! It will change in time don’t worry Smile
