We registered at a new surgery yesterday (we haven't moved, our old GP's receptionist noted that their boundary had changed and we would receive a letter throwing us off their list)! 
I went onto patient access today, to screenshot some results, and I noticed that my pharmacist had changed (to the one we requested at new place). The surgery information is still our old surgery, and I can still book appointments there etc.
Does anyone know if my existing login will continue to work with Patient Access once we've been fully transitioned over, and why they've changed the pharmacy but nothing else?
