I can't quite put my finger on what it is but I just don't feel well at the minute.

Sore throat, ropey stomach, feel a bit sick, chronic pain flaring up, exhausted all the time, head feels a bit funny, skin coming out in boil type spots, eyes sore and itchy
I just feel a shitty. But I can't think of any real illness.

Can anyone relate? What do you do when you're feeling run down and crappy?

I'm unwell and have been since Saturday evening. Have a temp of 37.7 which for me is very high (normally 35.6). Third day lieing in bed feeling like I've been struck by a truck. No other symptoms just feeling weird. Hoping for a miracle overnight as the kids have a double playdate here tomorrow afternoon and I need to clean up so they can unclean it.

Hope you feel a bit better soon.

I've got very similar symptoms to you OP, along with a cough and streaming nose.

And whilst I don't feel so unwell I need to stay off work (And in bed) I know I'm not right as I've just come home from work and completely fucked up my pasta n sauce, which is a dirty comfort food for me!

@SmellNO similar here! Slept badly Sunday night and spent most of yesterday trying to keep awake. Went to bed at 8.30pm and straight to sleep but had aching legs and arms and a dodgy tummy - woke at 2am and couldn't get back to sleep

just taken paracetomol as horrible shooting pains down arms and in neck. Feels like I have a virus but don't have a temperature but just want to sleep. Just feel off colour and shitty Sad

Hope you all feel better soon!!

I feel like you describe most of the time. I have days I'm floored by tiredness or aches and pains. No idea what it is. I find cutting down on sugar and eating gentle food helps. I keep meaning to pick up some vitamins too.

Have you had your thyroids checked? Also your iron levels? Back end of January I felt like this and went to the doctors ( also because I was feeling continuously faint and that turned out that I was suffering from vertigo!). She took bloods and my thyroid level was shockingly bad and iron low. After a few more blood tests and a visit to a thyroid guy I’m now on tablets . I’ve been on them now for 5 weeks now am sans feel like the world is turning around
Hope you feel better soon

I've just been to the GP for my chronic pain (unrelated) and the doctor is running a shed load of blood tests on me (including thyroid and iron levels) to check; she says I look pale, tired and generally unwell so she's quite concerned.

For now, it looks like paracetamol, honey and lemon and vitamin C supplements to try and give my immune system a kick up the arse.
It feels as though I'm in the early stages of a virus that just isn't developing. Horrid.

Sorry to all that feel unwell ThanksBrew

I've had the streaming nose since last week and now got the cough.

But I've had the feeling like I'm going to throw up too. I thought I was imagining it but others have had this too.

Good luck with the blood tests op! Smile
