GIRFEC - positives and negatives (interview help, please)

Positive and negatives of GIRFEC and any recent changes I need to know about?

How recent? GIRFEC is pretty well embedded but there have been lots of more recent changes, and the pros and cons will look different depending on your professional background and role, and of course how your local authority has embedded GIRFEC in practice.

General advice having been on 3xDHT and 2xHT interviews recently as part of the panel, research thoroughly the school you want & mention the school by name in the interview = good impression. Rattling out generic / patronising answers = bad impression .
GIRFEC is very subjective, have examples of how you have implemented what GIFREC means to you and how it's improving the outcomes of your pupils. Good luck!
