What is this thing that’s just stung me?

I can’t work out if it’s a type of bee or a wasp. No stripes are evident.
I just found the bugger in my bathroom and it’s managed to sting me. The sting has left a hive like mark but doesn’t hurt at all. I think it stung me through my dressing gown.

A bwasp. Or a wasbee. Nasty.

Looking this morning it’s obvious it’s a bee. I was worried about a wasps nest as last summer there was a wasp in my bed that stung me when I was sleeping
