Not sure if anyone could help but looking for some advice. Been offered a lovely admin job, completed the medical questionnaire and mentioned I have carpal tunnel and tennis elbow, as well as a rotator cuff injury. All under the consultant etc. Occupational health now want to talk to me and my friend suggested they may rescind the job offer. Surely not? I'm worried now.

Occy health are almost always on the side of the employee, they will look to see if they can make adaptations to your workstation etc to make it more comfortable. Don’t worry I’m sure it will be fine.

It’ll just be to see what recommendations or adjustments they need to make for you. No sweat.

I wouldn't worry! It's usually just a check so that the employer is in the known rather than the unknown.

If you say it's well-managed with few or no adjustments needed then all should bee well.
