Interview on Wednesday

I have an interview on Wednesday for a job I really want. Been in same job for over 15 years so not had an interview in ages...any tips

Be honest , I have to interview people and when I ask them of they can do xyz and they say yes I have had so many lie to me I have had to write a short ( easy if you know the job ) test and where appropriate ask for a demo of the tools / machine they will be using . Over half generally can not answer/ operate the things .
Be honest if you don't know and I will teach you , lie and you are out of a job at the end of the week.
