Moon cup not quite right, what other brand to try?

I have a mooncup, it is brilliant as in im not rushing to the loo every hour to change my tampax and it has completely changed my life when im on my period, but......i have a seriously heavy flow for 48 hrs and am getting slight leakage after 2.5hrs with a mooncup. I also have had to trim the stem completely off for comfort and sometimes find that the rim is too stiff esp when trying to insert or remove. I was wondering if a different brand might sit better. If it helps im in my 40s and have 4 dc but all born via section. Help please ladies, i do not want to go back to tampax!

I didn't get on with Mooncup at all - it was too large and too firm, and I found I'd be really sore after a few removals/insertions.

I went with a Meluna cup. Personally I like the soft "shorty" cup, which took a bit of practice to pop it open but I persevered and it's so worth it.

Another vote for MeLuna!
