Interviewers! When you’ve conducted interviews, what happens?

I’m waiting for a job outcome. Had interview on Thursday, was told I’d be contacted by Friday afternoon, but nothing.

Do people hiring usually contact the lucky person first and then all the rejects get emails later down the line? I don’t think I got it. Sad

We contacted our chosen client first via telephone, then once they'd accepted, we then moved on to contacting the rest via email. One or two we offered different positions to if they wanted to take this option up.

Good luck.

People who don't meet the minimum requirements would be contacted as soon as the round ended.

Then the job is offered.

Once accepted, anyone who might have been a second or third choice is told.
