Has anyone done this and it been successful? We don't have a formal diagnosis but ds has all the major adhd symptoms and we are at the beginning of assessments with the doctors.
School are having a lot of problems and I thought this would be worth a try? Just looking for success stories and/or advice Smile

I nannied for a little boy with ADHD and sugar and e-numbers had a noticeable impact on him.

It was really important for him to have a good breakfast too.

There’s a documentary on Netflix called the magic pill

Back up what pp is saying about sugar

In my experience, medication is the key to treating ADHD. Regular exercise is important too. I don't think any particular diet is going to have a significant impact on a neurobiological disorder.
