What’s for dinner?

I need inspiration! What are you having for dinner?

Dominos.

CBA after being on the go all day long.

We'll have our Chinese style pork (prepped this morning) with rice and salad tomorrow.

Pulled beef brisket in a chilli sauce, mash, tender stem broccoli. I can’t wait 😊

Pork loin, in a herby crust, with mustard mash, green beans and gravy. Simple, filling and tasty.

I prepped the loin this morning so only tok half an hour to sling together tonight.

We had roast chicken, roast pots, peas, carrots, broccoli and cauliflower cheese. Was yummy.

Fish, chips and peas. Just from the oven, not the chippy unfortunately.

We had a Greek-style supper: lamb kofte, prawn saganaki, flatbread, rosemary potatoes, Greek salad and dips.

Salmon, asparagus, broccoli and hollandaise. And watermelon. Already ate it all

Home made slow cooker korma (so easy, loads of veg and the baby LOVES it) and brioche bread and butter pudding.

Wild boar meatball and asparagus pasta bake with buffalo mozzarella and sun dried tomato and walnut pesto (wins most faddy middle class post on MN this evening)

Haddock goujons, mini baked potato topped with cheese and a big green salad with bacon bits and an in your face mustard/lemon dressing. It was delish!

Pizza GoGo pizza, with hotdogs and caramelized onions on top. CBA to cook as I've been baking for the last 2 days and got up early this morning to bake a few hundred pastries.

We've had an amazing cottage pie with loads of veg and lovely gravy, was delish, having bananas and custard later

I picked up recipe card and ingredients in Waitrose yesterday. A warm sticky rice, avocado, mint and pulled beef salad. I enhanced the salad a little but it was quite nice considering it was something you could just throw together.

Home made minestrone after an apero of radish and bresaola with Caesar dressing.
