Would you contact police for this? Is it worth it?
On Friday night I popped to the local shop and as I came out a guy driving a Just Eat moped stopped by my car and clearly did a drugs deal with someone who was waiting (they had been outside shop when I went in). The moped guy was using my bonnet to put things on and looked a little surprised when I stopped by car. He was friendly enough as I said I would wait for him to move because I didn't want to bump his moped. But I've just seen him driving up my road and it reminded me Is it common for delivery drivers to do this? It is this just city living? Leave well alone?
