Confused can any mum recommend a decent place to get measured ? I've used m&s before but they got my size completely wrong after spending £50 on bras ! Thank you !

Ann Summers for me. Every time. They measure by fit, not by measuring tape. They try you in lots of different styles and give you your sizing for each one.

You shouldn’t go by measurements. Just go into any shop you like and try on bras in a variety of sizes. I usually take in 10 bras and then if they don’t work bring in 10 more. Takes a while but you will get the right fit. For me Bravissimo or John Lewis are great as they off small back-big cup bras.

Rigby and Peller are the best in my experience, but can be £££ and hard to get to. Bravissimo or a store that has a lot of choice, esp in band size. Or you could try measuring yourself using BOB, I think it's called and ordering through Bravissimo online. Although that was not successful for me last week. Nothing fit properly. All uncomfortable and I looked like I had spaniels ears. You have my sympathy, OP. I hate bra shopping. Wish there was a better way of hoiking them up in a comfy and easy to understand way.
