I've just bought one of these in Tesco. Does anyone know how to cook it?

Put it in a baking dish for 20mins covered with foil then 5mins without. For the last 5 mins I put honey or sweet chilli sauce on the top. Cut a cross in the top before cooking. Don’t cook in the box, certain ones come with a box suitable for cooking.

We eat ours as it is - fab on crusty bread. Keep it for at least a week to let it mature a bit more though. When you can't stand the smell any longer, then it's almost ripe!

Or just google 'baked camembert".

We always cook our Le Rustique in the box and it's fine, if a little leaky. I do it for 20mins at 180C, with a cross in the top, a drizzle of olive oil, pepper, and fresh thyme poked into the cross.
