I hate revision!

I’m so fed up of it.
Constantly having to hassle and cajole them to get started, and keep going, and get back to it, and actually make some notes occasionally, and learn some bloody definitions, not make them up yourself, and on and on and on it goes.
And having to go over it all with them, and ask questions, and constantly give guidance...it’s so draining!
I’ll be in a home when they have GCSEs etc.
Year 8 and Year 10. They simply won’t do it if we don’t ‘help’ them. And they haven’t a clue how to revise.
Well the Y10 is a bit better now, but he seems to be “ on a break” constantly.Hmm
Roll on Friday and it will be over for another while.

Oh God me too! It’s like getting blood from a stone getting them to revise! I’m exhausted. We have RS and maths (calculator) left to do this afternoon (ds is year 8). I use “we” intentionally - I reckon I could get some solid grades in these exams! Exams start on Tuesday and you’re right. I shall be wishing this week away too.

We haven’t even looked at HE, LLW and 90% of French and Spanish.
Plus I’ve just spend £20, yes, £20! On bloomin’ pens and stationery, sob.

Eleanor what are HE and LLW?
I’m pretty hot on Hinduism and Buddhism now I reckon and could do a couple of Latin declensions too at a push!
