...if it has been left out overnight. Got a bit tipsy watching Eurovision last night and forgot to put it in the fridge after I'd made a huge pot! Really don't want to have to waste it Sad

Well I would eat it no problem. Just heat thoroughly first.

suze28 · 19/05/2019 11:11

Straight in the fridge now and heat it through thoroughly when you want to eat it.

Wobblington · 19/05/2019 11:11

Will be fine. I leave mine out overnight and have never had a problem. Just make sure its reheated well

ObvsItsNotMe · 19/05/2019 11:13

Reheated till it's steaming hot. Will be completely fine.

LoafofSellotape · 19/05/2019 11:15

Has it been in the fridge since when you got up? Re heat thoroughly.

chipsandgin · 19/05/2019 11:15

You’ll get tons of people telling you it’ll be fine & I’m sure millions will have survived worse. I’m just not a big fan of the Russian roulette approach to food poisoning personally!

Worth a read of this:

TinselAndKnickers · 19/05/2019 11:25

I'd just eat it Grin

DulcieRay · 19/05/2019 11:26

Beef yes, well heated. Pork no, not in a million years.

nighttimethoughts · 19/05/2019 11:28

Personally I wouldn't OP as it's too much of a risk! Then again I have bad anxiety and don't even eat leftovers due to fear of poisoning!

Rockbird · 19/05/2019 11:29

I wouldn't. I did the same last week with a stew and was violently sick the night I ate it. No one else had it.

happyhillock · 19/05/2019 11:30

It will be perfectly fine, make sure you reheat it until its practically boiling

MyBeloved · 19/05/2019 12:25

Thanks everyone :)

Will probably risk it then.
