Does anyone have either of these regatta waterproof jackets & could tell me just how waterproof they are?

I need something for taking my Guides away in a fortnight but have left it a bit late because my overtime wasn't paid last month (I've been looking for reviews but not really finding much).

The first one doesn’t have a hydrostatic rating so I’d guess it’s the minimum 1500/2000. The second one is rated at 5000, the fact they’ve put the rating on there would suggest it’s a better one.
