Do you think a member of the royal family wears a bullet proof best when they go to things like football and rugby matches?

Just watching FA cup final and out walks Prince William. Now, I've been to rugby matches and have never been searched or gone through a scanner. So surely that's a security risk to them if someone goes in with a gun? Do you think they do wear protection? It didn't look like he had anything on but surely he's have to wear protection in some form?

Every football game I've been to over recent years you get searched.

That said, it is about likelihood of risk. A football stadium would be a pretty poor choice of place for a sniper, as not only would they be covered by security cameras wherever they were, they would would trapped in the gound after the event, and, well, completely surrounded by people when they were getting their rifle out. Hmm

If you really wanted to shoot a royal, there would be far better places to do it from.
