Help! What exercise can I do??

So here's my dilemma

I'm 4 weeks postpartum and have just left hospital after a pretty traumatic and complicated birth but I'm doing pretty well all things considered.

There were some complications with my episiotomy wound and following a severe infection or two, I now have to live with an open wound for the foreseeable. Realistically, this will be another 2-4 months.

I am desperate to do some exercise to keep healthy but I'm struggling to think of things I can actually do. I can't swim because of the risk of further infection. I can't run because of the rubbing on the wound. Maybe lifting weights would be okay?
Any other magical ideas appreciated! I'm feeling very sorry for myself and doing some exercise will hopefully give me a boost.

Brisk walks pushing the Oran will realistically be all your body can cope with for a while, and you’ve got a baby now - best weight lifting aid ever, I got amazing arms after DS was born! Take it steady, focus more on fresh air and movement than extreme effort. Take care of, you’ve been through a lot Flowers
