Because it was so delicious and cheap and easy.

One pack of feta, one tub of cherry tomatoes, drizzled in olive oil and sprinkle dried oregano on top. Bake for 25 mins at 180.
Take out of oven and spread onto thinly sliced baguette.

DELIGHTFUL.

Not my idea, I should say, I took it from onepoundmeals Instagram account.

That sounds delicious! I'm definitely going to try that.

A pack of feta, you say?

That sounds really good.

I do similar but slice tomatoes off the vine and spread with pesto before baking.

newnewname19 · 17/05/2019 19:26

One pack of feta would have been enough for a few people, but me and DP managed to eat the lot

That's tomorrow's tea sorted! Thanks OP.

howwudufeel · 17/05/2019 19:27

I am going to try that.

ChickyDuck · 17/05/2019 19:28

Is he feta whole or crumbled?

Al2O3 · 17/05/2019 19:29

I hope you removed the tub first. Bit chewy otherwise.

The summer entree version is;

  • baguette sliced.
  • philadelphia spread
  • sun dried tomato in oil on top (oregano comes with it)

No carbon is consumed.

newnewname19 · 17/05/2019 19:29

Feta is whole, just put straight out of the pack onto the baking tray next to the tomatoes. It goes all soft and delicious and spreadable when cooked.

BlackPrism · 17/05/2019 22:57
