Our manager was introducing our team to new clients. I'm equally ranked with another woman. We work together (although we have slightly different specialties) and my results have been better for the past 5 years. Manager detailed her qualifications and touched on her specialty, all fine.
Then she turned to me and said 'This is Kinder, she'll be working alongside colleague,' before going on to say that we work very closely together- the impression she must have given was that I was junior and reported to colleague.
I'm really annoyed.
