How do you pee when you are out with a pram?!

It crossed my mind yesterday, I was out shopping with baby in a carrier so I just went in the loo strapped to me but I did think what would happen if he was in his pram or pushchair and I needed to use a public loo?

Obviously no way I could get the pram in too so how do people manage?

Not a hope would I leave the door ajar in public!! I go to the accessible toilet or some have a parent and baby toilet.

Disabled toilet or baby changing if there’s a toilet in there. With my double pram and awkward toilets it’s either go with the door ajar as quickly as possible if it’s quiet, super fast with door shut if busy, or hold it if I physically can’t get the kids in the toilet area which has happened a few times.
