Flight attendant codes?

Recently came back from a short trip. Onboard the airplane we were all sitting in our seats waiting to taxi and the air hostess was trying to get the attention of the air hostess at the back and when she did she 'pulled her earlobe' in a delayed reaction and turned and walked away.

What did it mean when she done this anyone know.

No idea and I've been cabin crew since 1985 😂

Doesn't that just mean 'listen'. As in 'you should be listening to me'.

It means

The woman in seat (op’s seat) is ear wigging every thing we say, be careful.
