My grandmother was young at 41. As a kid I didnt always like having a grandmother so young but now I'm nearly 40 and she's still with us and I realise how lucky i am Grin

You ask a lot of questions OP! Grin

I hinestly don't know the answer to that. Would need to ask my Mum. It would have been when my eldest cousin was born I guess.

Aimily · 15/05/2019 20:17

My dad's parents were in their early 50s as my oldest cousins are in their early 30s and my grandparents are now 84 and 86.
My mums parents were early 40s as they had mum early 20s and she had me at 20 so a youngish mum.

Dads parents 49 and 52.
Mums parents 42 and 46/47.

That's their first GC

My parents were 52 for Mum (my eldest her first biological GC) and Dad 43 (eldest nephew).

Maternal grandparents - she was 48 and he was 51.

Paternal grandparents would have both been 52 when my cousin was born.

My DM was 50 and DF was 47 when my DD was born.

My grandma on my mums side was 42 when my mum had me, and on my dads 50.

My nanna was 49, her husband, my grandfather died a month before I was born at 56; dad's mum (granny) was I think 66 and dad's dad (grandpa) was 68. When my DTDs were born, mum was 55 and dad was 64.

Oops! Got it right for my maternal GPs as I was the first; my paternal ones were 10 years earlier.
