Is Weight Watchers easy to get your head around?

I've been to slimming world in the past and lost weight but recently I'm finding it hard to follow. Having never tried ww I'm wondering if I should give it a go to kick start weight loss.

Anyone who has done ww, is it easy to implement?

For anyone who has tried both, which do you pref and why?

I’ve done both. I prefer WW. I felt with SW I always had to be preparing/thinking about the next meal and I overate the ‘free’ foods.

WIth WW, you are given a number of ‘points ‘ to spend on food as well as extra points to be used during the week when/if you want them.
The WW app is great-you can scan barcodes of food packages and it will tell you how many points it is. There’s also a great chat board on there for support.

I've not tried SW but have tried various other things, with little success. I started WW in Jan and managed to shift a stone in a couple of months which I was really pleased with. I don't go to meetings, just to the online version with the app. The barcode scanner is great, there are plenty of "pointless" foods. The weekly points allow you to prepare for, or recover from, the occasional blowout.

(If you decide to try it, I have a recommend-a-friend code that would give us both an extra free month, LMK if you're interested.)
