Looking for some advice regarding an unpaid/impossible to collect county court judgement owed to my self. A tradesman worked on my house, I paid him in advance(stupidly!) he didn't complete the work, I took him to court and won. But I have found out just what a waste of time the small claims court is...he has no intention of paying the debt, I have sent high court enforcement officers round to collect the debt, he still will not pay....has anyone any idea what to do next? Feel like he is laughing at me, so frustrating. He has also changes his trading name and is trying to dissolve his one man band company on companies house.
