I have a Fire HD 10 tablet which was purchased Aug 2017 and has suddenly stopped working for no discernable reason... apart from accidentally letting it run down and now it won't restart, just flashes a very faint 'amazon' logo on the screen.
Have tried all the online tips and tricks for restarting the device, also instant chat with Amazon to try to resolve the issue but no luck.
As it is out of its one year warranty I have been offered a 15% discount off a new device
Actualy I am not sure I want to spend another £200 to replace a piece of tech which goes kaput after 20 months.
Was just wondering if anyone had had the same or similar issue and whether they replaced their Amazon tablet like for like or chose to purchase a different model of brand entirely? What do other tablet users recommend I do?
