I am part of a fb support group for mothers and I hear devastating stories every day.
Clare’s story is by far the most horrendous.thats not to denigrate the other mothers who every time their dc go to see their abusive father have a knot of worry in the pit of their stomachs in case their children are harmed or worse.
Clare’s story is here and it is very, very sad but we must educate ourselves because this abuse is being handed out by professionals cafcass, ss, sw and judges to children who are not being protected.
Hardly anyone is listening to the children.
My friend is going through is. Her children do not want to live with their father.
How can two beautiful children be taken from their lovely home at just 6 and 4 years of age...never to see there mother for 13 weeks and then only in a contact centre...and then only at the discretion of a father who hits them.
It’s beggars belief..but it’s happening right under our noses and our taxes are paying for this broken system that lets our children down.
You think it can’t happen to you. So did I. So did my friend but it did...and though she never stopped them from seeing their father what child wants to go to stay with a dad who hits them round the head.
My friend was called emotionally abusive...the ex had a conviction of da ...but it was ok to give them to him 😱
Jess Phillips mp said anyone who has used da against their partner should not allow contact..yet the courts are pushing contact at all costs onto these poor vulnerable children
