Hi, I'm going through a challenging time at work and need to do everything I can to feel and appear confident. This is so I can deal with an ultra-confident colleague who's making my life very difficult.
I've heard self-hypnosis can help boost your confidence. I've tried Paul McKenna's podcasts, which I found good, but I'm not sure how they compare with others.
Do you have any recommendations, or indeed any other strategies to increase your confidence?
