Toby deals? I think we've been a bit stupid

So my husband and I have been working really hard lately dd has just turned one, we struggled financially on mat leave and I've had bad PND. So he's done a few overtime shifts I got money for my birthday and we've decided to treat ourselves (something we never do) to new phones as our are years old and falling apart.

He found a couple online on what we thought was a reseller site. I'd usually check up on it but figured he'd done it, he was excited and forgot.

Anyway we've paid just over £300 for these phones and I've just read some absolutely shocking reviews and it turns out the company is actually in HK even though it says UK all over the website.

Anyone brought anything from them and its actually arrived? Paid via PayPal but feeling sick now thinking we've lost this money.

2 items, both double the amount youve paid. Both arrived but the second had some technical issues we went back and forth with repairs for. After it had been for repair for more months than we’d owned it I spouted consumer rights at them and had it replaced with the warranties extended to cover the time we’d not been in possession of the item.

I won’t use them again because they frustrated me but they do eventually deliver from my experience. Both items arrived promptly and they do respond to you, just a bit slower than I’d have liked.

Thank you that makes me feel a little better! We paid on PayPal so there's some protection there but a lot of people have been saying that when the courier marks as delivered PayPal close in sellers favour so I'm panicking.

I suppose the only thing to do it wait a week and see what happens! Hopefully we'll get lucky.

@mustbeaweasly Have they been delivered? I know it can be a bit slow with Toby but hoping they are with you now.
