I saw my old bully in town today

As I was leaving a shop
He saw me coming out and muttered to his partner something and smirked
I know it was aimed at me as she turned to look
I feel like I'm back at school, worthless and inadequate 😓

I see two bullies quite often. Both have previously behaved as you said, but don’t always.

I take comfort and pride in the parts of my life that are exactly where I want them to be, and probably aren’t working out for my old bullies.
Think about job/ house/ DC/ partner/ family/ fitness/ education/ anything else important to you. Where are you happy and wouldn’t it annoy them to know that? You can smirk as you walk past.
