I've chosen quite an all encompassing title so everyone is free to join in!
I've started this thread as I've just opened my postal vote and realised one of the candidates is someone I accidentally kissed 
I knew this person from various meetings we'd been at but didn't 'know' them per se. I was presenting at a meeting I was totally bricking myself about so when this familiar face came over I launched myself into a full on cheek kiss as they extended their hand. Got rather too close to their mouth as they were expecting a hand shake and I was expecting a cheek turn. She was a lady.
I have no recollection of the presentation. I changed jobs not long afterwards and haven't seen her since. Now her name is on my ballot paper! At least it's a decent party as she was a lovely lady who didn't make a big deal of it
