I’m desperately searching for ideas to help with my insomnia. I’m finding it hard to get to sleep and am still awake at 3 or 4am. There are lots of stresses in my life that I cannot do anything about but I know they’re taking their toll on my sleep. I’ve read about weighted blankets and how they can ease stress, anxiety and insomnia so I’m wondering how effective they are. Do they make you feel very hot due to their weight? It would be really helpful to hear if they’ve worked for anyone.
