Yep that's the one fblake. I feel mean dissing kids TV presenters but, hey ho! I love the other newish one - Ryan. He's got funny bones as they say. Much more natural about doing the daft stuff :)

A poster upthread mentioned the real life 'my family' shows and i agree they're painfully boring. Who wants to watch other people going out and doing stuff? Or other kid's GPs waffling on stories about working in a shoe shop in 1973? 5 year old DD has been wandering away from the telly when those shows come since she was able to get up and vote with her feet Grin

I actually really like Molang, but I think that's just me!

Wait until they find YouTube. Grace's World where the dolls talk in lisping baby voices gives me the rage.
Also I'd pay good money to watch an episode of Masha and the bear when he finally had enough and ate her.

This post is the best laugh I have had in months! I am so glad I am not the only one who hates children's TV programs.

I can't stand Peppa Pig. She is meant to be 3 or 4, but is always doing activities like she is much older, and why is she always at her friends' houses doing things with them that seem 'family only'?

I also hate Ben and Holly. The adults are made to look stupid and incompetent. They even call adults stupid and incompetent, just look at how nanny plum speaks about the King and the wise old elf.

I had to endure a few episodes of Topsy and Tim the other day, when the mum came home from a run with a towel over her shoulders I could have punched the tv. Smug twat. Also the grandma talks in the most irritating voice.
Then in another episode the feckless dad lost all the bolts for the “twin swing” (sounds like some kind of sex set up to me but hey ho) when carrying the box from the living room (which, by the way, has a cream carpet and they all wear shoes in the house) to the garden, and rather than getting annoyed about it he just merrily sent the children on a bolt hunt, when in real life you’d be fuming wouldn’t you? Christ it wound me up.
