Have called 111. Took usual 15mg mirtazapine before bed and had a bit of a weird episode in the last hour where my pulse felt too fast .. app on phone said 97ish but spiked at 136 . Couldn’t sleep because of it . I’m a bit worried as I’ve bad health anxiety ... someone reassure me it’s probably just the anxiety ?
