Milestone birthday party for families?

I need ideas! DH has a milestone birthday coming up but in the winter months so can’t really be outside.

Any ideas for a party of up to 50 people including kids between 0-7, although adult age will not exceed mid forties so big kids in their own right.

DH is nerdy, foodie, playful but not sporty.

Is there anything outside the box we could do? Or even ideas of ways to do a village hall party that isn’t just for the kids?

Go Ape! Not sure what the minimum age for the children's version is.

Llama walking. Done this a couple of times, and it is lovely! I think you can also do alpaca walking.

Village hall or Working Persons club with a stage. Ceilidh band and/or get everyone to do a turn - Monty Python sketches or anything anyone knows works well. Our Working Person's club charges a nominal amount for the function room as long as drinks are bought at the bar.
