If you have longish hair and get it cut and coloured regularly, how often is that?

My hair is longish at the moment, I’d say half way down my back but in pretty bad condition. I’m getting it cut this week but when should I be looking to book the next appointment? I want to do it there and then because I have anxiety and won’t do it if I leave it. Does 3 months sound about right? What about if I had it coloured? I’m quite grey. Confused

I get my hair cut probably every 10 weeks but get it coloured every 4-6 weeks (flecks of grey too and very dark hair!)

Yes I’m dark too, it shows up the grey so badly!

Colour and cut depend on your hair condition and rate of growth. I go every 2.5 months. I child go 3 months for cut but 2 months for colour!

I’m at the ‘silvery pube’ level of greyness & highlight my naturally dull brown hair. Long ish. I go every 6-8 weeks depending on when I can manage it. I alternate: one visit I get foils, the next just a trim.

Ok so more often than my 3 month guess! God this is going to be expensive and a drain on my MH (but I have to do it, I want to do things normal people do).

I am very grey so my roots are done every 4-6 weeks. Hair cut about once every 3 months.

I get mine done every 4 weeks but it grows really bloody fast.

I get mine coloured every 5/6 weeks and cut every second colour, so every 10-12 weeks.
