Yep what the subject says really.

Example: AAT level 2 and Sage line 50, Bookeeper.

Just spit them out at me please people! Asking for a friend who doesn't know where to start with getting back into the workplace - like, totally stuck for ideas. I don't think she has a degree, or didn't finish it anyway and it was ages ago but she's done some reasonable admin type roles, some in The City and was certainly highly employable at that level back in the day pre kids and has plenty of talents now and scrubs up well!

I just want to throw her some hope as she's feeling a bit dejected and midlife crisis-y but is willing to study for a couple of years (I don't think she wants to go full on Degree course but doesn't want to be a CEO, just try something new)...

Thanks in advance!

As a bookkeeper do you want a response to your example?

TattyDevine · 13/05/2019 16:44

I was just seeking examples of courses people could do and the kinds of jobs they might lead to, if that makes any sense...

CILEX (Chartered Institute of Legal Executives) Various levels but starts with a diploma at level 3 and ends with full membership as a Legal Exec - an alternative (apprenticeship style) route into Law.

CIPD - HR

She would like to earn and learn, but when we were looking before at apprenticeship type stuff and BTEC style things they keep saying "young people" which is a bit disheartening.
