Does anyone have a front and rear dash cam?

Would you recommend it?
Looking for one to put in DS's car.
I have a transcend one which is pretty good but only front facing.

I have a Nextbase Duo - single unit with dual cameras.

That sounds easier to fit. What's the picture quality like?

I've a nextbase and the picture quality is brill. I wouldn't use any other make now tbh.

Mines not the duo though, it's the fit over the interior mirror one.

Well it's HD. Touch wood it's never been needed in anger but the quality seems good over all light conditions.

My personal recommendation is to ensure it's properly fixed. None of these waste of time suction grips.

To be fair, anything sucky falls off. Invariably when it's at it's most inconvenient.

I've given up with suction mounts. The NextBase is clamped to a bracket I fitted to the rear view mirror. My phone attaches magnetically to the air vent. I keep expecting to get stopped by a policeman shocked he can see my face.

Will the cops even look at the footage though if there's an accident?

I was thinking more of insurance companies if someone drives into you.
