I have been running (C25K) since Jan but not quite finished due to spells of ill health.
Now my hip is painful so I've taken a break and have a GP appointment for next week.
But I have asthma and a bad cough, very chesty. And now my BLOODY HIP hurts when I cough!
I can't stay off it due to needing to work/take the DCs to school/activities/run errands/do stuff in the house. DH does his share and I'm taking some things easy too but I still did 9000 steps yesterday despite only going to the park, putting some plants urgently in pots and having pasta with a jar of sauce for tea.
It's actually ok when I'm moving but I know the more I use it the less likely it is to get better. It's getting up/down/bending/dressing and even sitting that hurt.
