10 mo DD sleep has been awful lately . I’ve been up with her since 230am and she’s finslly just dozed off on me . I’m going to attempt to put her down & grab an hour or so before older Dc wake up . I’m terrible at being tired though - snappy and ratty with older DC. What are your tips on getting through the day on very very little sleep ?!

Can you get someone to take the DC for an hour or two? DM? MIL?
If not, caffeine and in bed as soon as the DC are Brew

Keep hydrated. Have a coffee to kickstart the morning but I only have one in the morning as if I drink too much I won't sleep.
Get outside, even if you can't face it. Some fresh air will make you feel better.
Eat!
Are the other dc at school? Any chance of a wee nap later if the baby naps?

My sleep has never recovered after having children and thrive slept through for a few years now

I found it was just damage limitation plus used to get my DH to give me space to have a nap at weekends

How old are the bigger two?
Big enough to shut the livingroom door and stick a film on to keep them occupied while you doze on the sofa? If baby will nap, that is!

Otherwise, outside, fresh air, get moving. Not too much sugar and caffeine if you can manage it...

Just keep carrying on.

Berocca melts if I’m tired or travelling.
