Any hairdressers about can help me fix colour?

I have black hair with blonde ombre.

It needs cut and in all my wisdom I had the bright idea of putting a toner in it to brighten it up a bit until I can get it cut and maybe coloured again.

I put a baby blue toner in it and it was lovely. For about a week.

Now I have green hair and I cant get it out or get it fixed.

How do I get rid of the green?

Normally need red to counteract green. I've read ketchup can help but have never tried it
