I was recently looking into a fab place to visit for honeymoon and spoke to my dad about it because I KNOW I went as a child (even have photos). He denies ever going and says said photo was taken in a different country post divorce with my mum (Not true!) even though I know he's lying. I don't want to cause issues with him and my step mum, so won't talk about it again but I just wondered if anyone else had a parent (or ex) like mine that just refused to acknowledge any good memories from before the divorce?
It is so bloody annoying. I had a decade of life before they split that i know barely anything about!
