Washing Machine Broken :/

Our washing machine has stopped spinning today.

Any ideas as to what could be causing the issue before we shell out for a new one?

Could be any number of things - if it’s not particularly old it might be worth googling “washing machine repairs” in your area and getting someone out to look at it /diagnose and fix a fault. E. g. mine started making a very loud noise, handyman diagnosed the fault over the phone and then came out with replacement part which cost me £50, including fitting.

Belt broken?

Easy to fix?? 🤞🏻

If it is the belt, that’s a fairly easy replacement - a quick google shows most belts are under £30 and don’t take long for someone to replace. There are even videos online of how to do it but I’d still get someone experienced in tbh!
