Help me pair cheese with wine please

I'm invited to a friend's mothers day wine pairing lunch today (am in the US) and I'm in charge of the cheese board which is to be paired with sauvignon blanc. I'm not a huge cheese eater, and I fear I'll disappoint with my choices. I've done a bit of googling and so far I've got:

Fresh mozzarella (seems boring but hey ho)
Havarti
Gouda (maybe smoked?)
Some sort of soft cheese. Brie? Goat (boak)?
A strong cheddar

I feel like something is missing.

Wtf happened to my paragraph and list? I promise I did not write a block of nonsense intentionally.

Come on! I know you lot like wine and cheese!

I feel you need something a bit nuttier, a harder cheese with depth and pungent smell.
Bit of gruyere?
Shame it’s not a red wine cheese board.

I ended up with the above list and added Dubliner. We'll see how it goes.
