I’m 12 weeks postpartum, i’ve been doing some postnatal Pilates and building up walking time but now feel ready to do something more energetic.
I have a knackered pelvic floor and carpal tunnel which is making it really hard, I can’t support my body weight on my wrists for long to do floor work, lunges are still pretty difficult while I’m working on my pelvic floor strength and my giant boobs and belly make any form of jumping really uncomfortable.
Can anyone recommend a suitable dvd with workouts around 20-30 minutes long? Help!
